Dear Community,
Trees for Charity is a local 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to kicking off the holiday season by bringing our community together to raise funds for individuals and families in need. Our board and committee are comprised of local volunteers who generously give their time, talents, and energy to make this annual event possible. The success of Trees for Charity would not be possible without the incredible support from our local businesses and organizations.
Each year, our event brings together members of the community for an exciting weekend featuring beautifully decorated trees, an auction, dinner, and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families. Every dollar raised goes toward supporting those in need, with funds above event costs also being donated to local groups and families who are not represented by a tree at the auction. This includes the funds raised from our raffle. We invite you to be part of this special community tradition through event sponsorship or donation. Your support helps us create an unforgettable event while allowing us to maximize the funds raised for those who need it most.
Donations can be any amount, and can include various items for raffle. Gift certificates, merchandise, services, experiences, or monetary contributions all help.
In recognition of your generosity, sponsors receive prominent visibility throughout the event, including recognition in our online program, printed program, on our website, social media, and announcements throughout the evening to a room filled with community members and bidders.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and sponsors will receive an official donation acknowledgment letter following the event for their records.

All contributions to Trees for Charity are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
If applicable, sponsors and donors will receive an official donation acknowledgment letter following the event.
Donations can be made online or checks are payable to Trees for Charity. They can be hand delivered or mailed to PO Box 298, Vernal, UT 84078.
In order to qualify for all sponsor benefits, donations must be received by November 1st.
If your donated item is for the raffle, please deliver your items to a committee member by the Monday before Thanksgiving.
100% of the proceeds from our raffle go to local individuals or families in need within our community.
