All information must be complete and accurate. We will not accept any applications that contain "TBD" or "We will send it to you later/separately." Collect all information beforehand and submit it all in this application.

Tree Information

All information is required and must be accurate and current. NO TBD ("to be determined" or equivelent will be accepted). Any application with inaccurate or incomplete information will be denied and you will have to resubmit with full information.

Tree spots are configured in numerical order from 1-40. See visual chart by clicking button above. Tree spots are based on assignment by the event committee. Assignments will not be given out until the day of set-up. Please give us the number of your preferred spot?

Acknowledgements

I understand that the event committee members reserve the right to change my charity descriptions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, grammar, content, and length

I understand that the fee associated with this application is non-refundable and will be considered a donation to the Trees for Charity Foundation.

I understand that the event committee will ultimately choose my tree spot and will not make any changes after assignments have been made. Assignments will not be given out until the tree arrives at tree set up.

I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee me a spot. All applications will be reviewed by the event committee and they reserve the right to decline my application at any point and for any reason.

I understand that only one tree will be auctioned for each charity and that I will be notified if my charity is a duplicate. At time of notification, I will be allowed to choose another charity.

I understand that I cannot donate a tree that will directly benefit myself, anyone living within my household, or anyone in my immediate family.

I understand that a check will not be made out to me (the donor, or sponsor), anyone living in my household, or anyone in my immediate family.

I understand that I cannot donate a tree to benefit a charity or organization for which I oversee or am on the board that oversees said charity or organization, unless it is a 501(c)(3).

I understand that all funds raised must be used as described in the charity description. If you are unsure how they will be used, you need to verify this with the charity.

I agree that I am solely responsible for the delivery of the tree after it has been purchased. I agree that I will reach out directly to the purchaser to coordinate delivery time. I agree that I will not leave the tree on any porch and that the tree will be delivered whole, in the same shape it was in while on display during the event. Your tree must be removed from the Conference Center by 11am the day after auction.

I understand that if I do not comply with all of the participation requirements that I may be ineligible to participate in future events.

I understand that if I submit an incomplete application or my application contains "TBD" or "will send later" (or equivalent) that my application will be denied and I will have to resubmit it when I have all of the information.

I agree to have my tree reinforced with rebar that attaches to the trunk of the tree from the bottom of the stand to the middle of the top section.

I understand that once I have dropped off my tree (including everything on it and around it) that it no longer belongs to me and the committee reserves the right to move it as they see fit and as many times as they need to until the event is over.
